2. data we collect

we collect the data you voluntarily provide to us (e.g. name, email, phone number) through the contact form or through conversations about your telecoms, repair or shop needs.

besides the data you give us, the server automatically records the ip address, the date and time and the page requested (log files), for the security of the website. these data are kept for 14 days and then deleted.

3. purposes and legal bases

we use your data to:

• answer your requests and handle the activation and support of the services you ask for (basis: your request or performance of a contract).
• comply with the legal and tax obligations connected with our sales and support activity (basis: legal obligation).
• protect the website from spam and abuse, with the anti-bot check and the log files (basis: legitimate interest in security).
• inform you about offers or news only if you give your consent (basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

4. retention

contact requests are kept for as long as needed to reply, and in any case for a maximum of 12 months. contract and tax data are kept for the period required by law, as a rule 10 years.

5. who we share data with

we share only the data that is strictly necessary, and only with those needed to provide the service you asked for: the provider you chose, to activate the service (for example iliad, vodafone, tim, eolo), and those who work for us: the server provider (oracle cloud, with data located in turin), the accountant and google, whose mail servers (smtp) send the contact form emails to our address. we do not sell your data.

6. third-party services

• cloudflare turnstile (anti-spam check on the form): sends the ip address and technical browser data to cloudflare. it uses only technical cookies.
• jsdelivr (content delivery network): on the contact page a script for the phone field is loaded from there, which transmits your ip address.
• whatsapp, google maps, facebook and instagram: these are just links. when you open them you leave our site and the privacy notices of those services apply.

7. your rights

you have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, or restrict its processing. for any request, send us an email.

you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority (garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

8. cookies

this website uses only technical cookies, which are solely necessary to save the visitor's personal preferences. the site also uses cloudflare's anti-spam bot verification (turnstile), which in turn uses only technical cookies necessary for it to function. your browsing remains anonymous and protected.
